2. Video category entries must not exceed 5 minutes. Each video must include at least 30 seconds of footage shot using CADDX products, and the actual recording device must be specified in the description.
3. Participants may submit entries through multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Each entry may only be submitted to one competition theme. Participants may enter multiple themes, with no limit on the number of submissions.
4. Participants must ensure the authenticity of all submitted information and the originality of their works. Adding watermarks may affect the evaluation results.
5. Any submission containing false information will result in disqualification, and the participant shall bear corresponding consequences.
6. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including flight safety rules, no-fly zone restrictions, and obtaining necessary permits or approvals.
7. Participants must guarantee the originality of their submissions and hold full copyright ownership, without violating any laws or regulations. If violations are discovered, CADDX reserves the right to disqualify the participant and revoke prizes. Any prizes already awarded must be returned immediately.
8. Any civil disputes, administrative actions, or other losses arising during filming or after publication of submitted works shall be borne solely by the participant.
9. During the public announcement period of winning works, any organization or individual who believes that a submission infringes upon their legal rights, involves plagiarism, false information, or misrepresentation may provide relevant evidence to @CADDX. The company will verify and remove infringing content as soon as possible.
10. By submitting entries with the designated hashtags, participants are deemed to have authorized CADDX’s official accounts to repost and share the content. Full copyright of the original work remains with the author.
11. If any winner is found to have engaged in misconduct such as data manipulation, their award qualification will be revoked. Except for participation prizes, each participant may receive only one award. If multiple awards are obtained by the same person, only one will be retained, and the others will be passed on to the next eligible participant.
12. Multiple submissions of the same work will be counted as one entry. Submissions associated with the same phone number, address, or contact information will be regarded as coming from the same participant.
13. Vouchers may be used without minimum purchase requirements at the Tmall Official Flagship Store, JD Official Flagship Store, and CADDX Official Store. If the order amount is less than RMB 3,000, no price difference will be refunded.
14. Winners must complete prize redemption within 15 days after the results are announced. Failure to do so will be deemed as forfeiture, and prizes will not be reissued.
